These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of Brutal Copy, DDBros ("Operator"), and the user of the application ("User"). Contact: info@ddbros.cz.
Brutal Copy provides AI-powered copy analysis and rewriting. The service is monetized through credits or subscription plans via the Stripe payment gateway. Upon registration, users receive free test credits to try the service without obligation.
Given the nature of the service (delivery of digital content) and the fact that users can test the service for free beforehand, the User agrees that by beginning to use paid credits, they waive their right to a refund for already purchased subscriptions or credits. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the customer portal, with access remaining until the end of the current billing period.
Brutal Copy uses artificial intelligence models to edit text. Outputs serve only as inspiration and a tool for the User. The Operator bears no responsibility for any financial losses, sales declines, blocked advertising or social accounts, or other damages arising from the use of texts generated by the application. Final review and responsibility for published content rests solely with the User.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Effective from March 2026.
