1. Who processes your data?

2. What data do we collect and why?

• Basic information (Email, Name): Collected during registration (via Clerk) for the purpose of creating and managing your user account.
• Payment information: If you purchase credits, payment is processed through the secure Stripe gateway. We do not have access to your full card details — we only track subscription status and transaction history for tax purposes.
• Submitted texts: Texts you analyze are stored in our database (Supabase) so you can access them in the "History" section. These texts are sent for analysis via Google's API (Gemini model). Google does not use these texts to train their AI models.
• Analytics data: If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the application.

3. Email Marketing (Legitimate Interest)

As our users, we may occasionally send you information about Brutal Copy updates, writing tips, or special offers to your registered email. We do this based on legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of every email.

4. Who has access to data? (Processors)

To operate the service, we use trusted partners: Clerk (identity management), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google (AI API and Analytics). All partners meet strict security standards.

5. Your Rights
